5.  Charles F. Radley will serve as Vice-President of Programs and Public Relations and a Director of the Organization.  Charles holds a Master’s of Science in Systems Engineering from The City University, London, UK and a Bachelor’s of Science in Physics from the Imperial College, University of London, UK.  Charles is a seasoned aerospace professional and space enthusiast with interdisciplinary technical and management skills. He is an expert in all aspects of systems safety and QA (hardware, software, electrical and mechanical) and has performed conceptual studies on space based solar power systems, and lunar orbiting spacecraft.  Charles has 19 years in aerospace systems engineering from 1977 through 1996.  From 1997 to present he has been a Senior Software Quality engineer in Oregon for non-aerospace companies, medical devices (cardiac implants), circuit board CAD tools, anti-virus software, and server projects.  Charles will work with other board members to create programs for space development in the spirit of the original O’Neill vision of the mass expansion of humanity into space.

 

6.  Anthony AR de Caluwe Hemelrijk will serve as a director of the organization.  He is the President of the EuroLink Group Global and also the President and CEO of Naanovo Energy Central America S.A. Based in San Salvador, El Salvador, Mr. Hemelrijk has been a member of Naanovo's executive team. His role and responsibility is to develop project opportunities for Naanovo throughout Central America, Mexico and the USA in the area of Solar and WTE and to provide oversight and support to Naanovo subsidiaries in the region, including Naanovo's minority interest in Guatemala Solar Group S.A. Prior to joining Naanovo, Mr. Hemelrijk is also President and CEO of ArCosmos and SolarNovo Group. Where he still maintains a majority ownership interest. Educated in Belgium and Switzerland, with a Masters and PHD in Business Management , Mr. Hemelrijk is an experienced world traveler with business related experience in the area of Space Solar Power, Telecommunications; retail sales and marketing; management and accounting; and finance. Fluent in English, Spanish, German, Dutch and French, Mr. Hemelrijk is well respected throughout the world. Having lived in El Salvador for the past seven years, and has numerous influential contacts around the world. He is currently a director and shareholder in several alternative energy related companies.  Anthony will assist our Vice-President of Programs by serving as liaison between Leeward and Business and Government representatives.

7.  Amalie Sinclair will serve as a Director of the organization.  She was born in London on April 12th 1951, her parents met at art school over a game of chess. Her background is in the humanities and since an early age, she has been a student of the extant philosophies of Asia. In the 1970's while living in Cambridge she developed a theoretical insight for the models of a deep semantic structure. In 1984 she located to California with her husband a software engineer and family. In 2000 she wrote and successfully produced a Millennium inter cultural arts performance. In 2004 Amalie was invited to advocate for the formulations of an advanced US Policy, and has since given various presentations to the Lunar Science and space exploration communities. Her interests are for cultural and economic development within the growing parameters of the space/information age capacities. Amalie is a naturalized US citizen.
